Online Counselling & Face to Face Counselling
Traditionally Counselling has been a face to face process, the counsellor meeting with the client, modern day pressures sometimes make this an impossibility.
Modern day technology however now enables Counselling to take place online, using a secure managed site provided for me by uktherapy.co.uk, which enables us to have the confidentiality which is an essential element of our effective counselling process.
So what does Counselling Online provide?
One of the major benefits of this type of counselling is that it can be undertaken at a time convenient to you.
Other benefits include

- no travelling, and parking costs
- no childcare to find
- no interruption to your working schedule
- control over how much you spend on the process
It enables you to receive counselling in your own environment, with the freedom of anonymity.
It enables you to concentrate on what you wish to address in the session, and how you wish to express yourself.
Reading through my reply allows you time for reflection.
As previously stated, you also have control over how much you spend on the process.
You choose the frequency of your contact with me.
There is no charge for my reply.
The way payment is structured means that this can be a cost effective way to receive counselling.
My professional fee is based according to the blocks of words you purchase.
Your word count will be displayed on the site as you type. Your word balance will not expire as long as our counselling relationship continues. A full refund for any unused words will be given at any time as long as the total exceeds £2.

If you leave short messages, a block of 1,000 words may suffice for 3 - 4 sessions. However I do need sufficient information to be able formulate a reply. If you need to write more a whole block of 1,000 words maybe taken.
I undertake to reply within 48 hours, week ends, Public and Bank Holidays excluded.

On line counselling is not an appropriate service for all circumstances.
It is not an Emergency Service, therefore for those with urgent crisis needs, for example
- those contemplating suicide
- those in immediate risk of harm, or those known to them

The Law
If you do not live in the United Kingdom, it is possible that laws in your country of residence may apply to our On line counselling work together.
The basis of our agreement to work together will be according to English Law.
You are responsible for being aware of any other laws in the country where you reside. This especially applies to the USA where in certain States On line counselling is prohibited if either party is physically outside the State boundary.
It is therefore your responsibility to inform me if any similar law apply to you.

Face to Face Counselling
As the name suggests we meet face to face to discuss your concerns in a safe and secure environment.
The counselling session will last for 55 minutes, and the current fee is £45
As a Registered Homeopath, and if I see that there is a remedy which will help you with the process you are working through, I will offer it to you. You are under no obligation to accept or take the remedy, however a charge will be requested if you decide to follow that course of action.
Homeopathy
An effective, scientific and alternative system of healing which assists the natural tendency of the body to heal itself. It recognises that all the symptoms of ill health are expressions of disharmony within the whole person, and that it is the patient who needs treatment, not the disease.
Each person has their own unique set of symptoms which mirror the disharmony within. No two sets of symptoms are the same. Therefore in order to to find the right remedy for you to help address this, I will need a detailed understanding of who you are. A full and thorough case history will be taken on your first consultation.
This will include such areas as your medical and surgical history, details of any drugs or supplements you are taking, your symptoms and complaints and how you are experiencing them, what makes them better or worse, your likes and dislikes, energy levels, and the way you live, to name but a few.
I will then prescribe a homeopathic remedy which matches your symptoms as you experience them. This also takes account of you as a person - your individual characteristics emotionally, spiritually as well as physically.
Homeopathic remedies cannot cause side effects, and you cannot become addicted to them. They work by stimulating the body's own healing powers to help your system clear itself of any expressions of imbalance.
My aim is to get you to a level of health so that eventually you will need infrequent treatment.
First Consultation is usually 60 - 120 minutes. Current Fee £65
Second and Subsequent Consultations are 30 - 45 minutes. Current Fee £45 Please note the Consultation Fee includes the cost of the remedy.
